Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Reporting to Welding Supervisor, this person will be responsible for welding aluminum cable trays, as well as providing direction and guidance to other welders in the department.
