Medical Assistant Lead
This Medical Assistant Lead position supports one assigned Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at 0.6 FTE through direct patient rooming and clinical workflow tasks and performs supervisory/lead responsibilities at 0.4 FTE. The role assists the Supervisor/Manager of Medical Assistants in coordinating operations, maintaining efficient patient flow, and supporting Medical Assistant staff through scheduling, training, and daily workflow oversight.
The general pay scale for this position at WVCI is $20.00-$34.03 The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, internal equity, etc.
