Who We’re Looking ForBODYBAR Pilates is looking for a high-energy, people-loving Sales Associate to help grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager.
Job Summary:The BODYBAR Pilates Lead Sales Associate (SA) is responsible for assisting the Studio Manager in generating new members and retaining existing members through sales and customer service responsibilities. The Lead SA position is a part-time position requiring weekend, early morning, and/or evening work and reports to the Studio Manager.

Job Responsibilities:- Drive new membership sales by building genuine relationships with prospects and confidently communicating the value of the BODYBAR experience.
- Consistently follow up with leads, first-time guests, and prospective members through phone, text, email, and in-studio conversations.
- Convert introductory offers and trial clients into long-term members through personalized follow-up and exceptional customer service.
- Create an elevated, welcoming, and personalized experience for every member and guest.
- Proactively engage with members to build relationships, increase satisfaction and attendance, and support long-term retention.
- Recognize and celebrate member milestones, accomplishments, and special occasions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, polished, and welcoming studio environment through daily studio duties.
- Assist with front-desk operations, including checking in members and guests, answering questions, and providing information about classes, memberships, and studio offerings.
- Support the Studio Manager and team with events, member engagement initiatives, and other studio needs.
What You’ll Need to Succeed- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve monthly membership and retail sales goals
- Proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and drive membership sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Confident taking ownership of the sales process and supporting the team in reaching studio goals
- Passionate about creating an exceptional member experience
- Professional, reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced studio environment
- Proficient with computers, CRM platforms, and studio management software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales, customer service, or fitness industry experience preferred
