Job Description

Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to maintain efficient workflows. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Monitor project budgets and identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards. Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively to minimize delays. Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders regarding project progress. Mentor and manage on-site staff to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.

The Successful Applicant

3-5+ years operating as a Superintendent within a high-performing General Contractor environment. A track record of leading from the front - building strong teams, holding high standards, and developing talent beneath you. Experience delivering ground-up or complex renovation projects in the $10M-$50M+ range. Background in life sciences, education, commercial, RIIDE, or light industrial/defense environments. A clear, confident communicator who thrives in accountability and is motivated to grow within a results-driven organization.

What's on Offer

Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $180,000 annually. Annual vehicle allowance of $10,400. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
