Job Description
Lead day-to-day field operations for a commercial renovation project in Columbus. Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and site safety from start to completion. Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners. Drive project milestones on a 6-month turnaround schedule while maintaining quality standards. Provide leadership on site and ensure efficient communication across all project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: Superintendent experience on commercial, retail, multifamily, or education projects. Strong ability to manage subcontractors and maintain schedule performance. Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to jobsite management. Excellent communication skills and experience working with owners and design teams. Open to local travel and committed to delivering high-quality projects safely and efficiently.
