Lead SuperintendentOur client is a premier General Contractor that is helping shape the future of digital infrastructure through some of the largest hyperscale data center projects in the Columbus market. Backed by a diverse portfolio and a reputation for excellence, they are seeking a proven Lead Superintendent to take the reins on complex, high-profile projects. Serve as the primary on-site liaison between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Develop and manage project schedules, identifying critical path activities and ensuring timely delivery of labor, materials, and equipment. Champion a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with company standards and all applicable regulations. Oversee site logistics, workforce planning, quality control, and trade coordination to drive efficient project execution. Coordinate all trades and resolve field issues related to design, staffing, sequencing, scheduling, and constructability. Manage subcontractor performance and foster strong working relationships to achieve project goals. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with contract documents, project specifications, and quality standards. Support project financials through budget oversight, progress tracking, invoicing, and review of payment applications. Collaborate with the project team to implement design changes, lead meetings, maintain clear communication, and keep stakeholders informed. Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, drive project execution, and consistently deliver results in fast-paced, complex environments. Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, safety, quality control, and industry best practices across all phases of a project lifecycle. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with owners, clients, trade partners, and project teams. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, project schedules, budgets, and field operations on large, technically challenging projects. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and can confidently make decisions that keep projects moving forward. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be considered.Highly competitive compensation package with a base salary ranging from $125,000 to $155,000, depending on experience.
