Description

• Lead multifamily construction projects from site work through certificate of occupancy
• Build and manage project schedules, budgets, and daily field operations
• Direct subcontractors and field teams while maintaining quality, safety, and deadlines
• Mentor and oversee Assistant Superintendents throughout the construction lifecycle
• Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, and communication with stakeholder

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Experience guiding multifamily projects from foundation through final turnover
• Knowledge of fire suppression systems and life-safety requirements
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable professionally
• Confident decision-maker who brings solutions, not just problems
• Organized, proactive, and diligent with documentation, scheduling, and reporting

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from USD 100.000 to 130.000.
