A veterinary practice is seeking a Led Veterinarian to oversee its clinical team while continuing to provide high-quality companion animal care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership while maintaining a high standard of veterinary care.

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Mentor and support veterinarians and support staff through coaching, training, and professional development.

• Promote a collaborative workplace culture focused on teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

• Assist in developing and maintaining clinical protocols, workflows, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational performance, client satisfaction, and hospital efficiency.

• Monitor compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records while supporting quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

• Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice.

• Previous clinical experience required.

• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
