Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 + potential incentive compensation

What You'll Be Doing

Review and interpret commercial leases, amendments, renewals, assignments, and terminations to ensure accurate lease setup and administration
Create and maintain lease abstracts, rent schedules, recurring charges, tenant recoveries, and portfolio records
Monitor critical lease dates including renewals, expirations, notice periods, rent commencements, and compliance requirements
Support CAM, operating expense, tax, and insurance reconciliations while applying lease-specific provisions and recovery structures
Research lease discrepancies, tenant inquiries, billing variances, and contractual issues, partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve them
Prepare lease, occupancy, recovery, variance, and portfolio reporting used for budgeting, month-end close, and management decisions

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
1 to 4+ years of commercial real estate, lease administration, lease audit, property accounting, tenant recovery, or related experience
Strong understanding of commercial lease terms, rent calculations, CAM recoveries, operating expenses, and tenant billing
Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting
Experience with lease administration, property management, or accounting software; Yardi, MRI, or JDE experience is a plus
