This role will assist with maintaining legal and corporate records, organizing transaction and real estate files, coordinating document flow, tracking projects and deadlines, and supporting ongoing legal and compliance initiatives across the organization. This role reports to the General Counsel. The ideal candidate has supported a senior executive or professional in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment and thrives on keeping people and projects organized and on track.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and organize legal department files and recordsAssist with corporate governance and entity management, including annual reports, filings, and tracking deadlinesSupport real estate audits, acquisitions, lease files, and transaction organizationCoordinate document execution, signatures, and filing processesTrack ongoing legal projects, outstanding items, and follow-up tasksAssist with insurance, claims, and risk-related administrative mattersSupport policy, handbook, and compliance-related projectsAssist with contract administration and document organizationCoordinate with internal departments and outside vendors or counsel as neededHelp maintain organization and workflow within the legal departmentPreferred QualificationsPrior experience supporting legal, real estate, risk, or related administrative environment preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and shifting prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and general business softwareDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughComfortable working independently and escalating issues when appropriateMaintain professionalism and confidentialityOperate with strong attention to detail and organizationCommunicate proactively regarding questions, deadlines, or issuesAssist in creating structure and follow-through across multiple ongoing projectsWork collaboratively and professionally to support efficient legal department operationsEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
