Responsibilities Schedule client meetings, coordinate conference rooms, AV needs, catering, and guest registrationManage attorney calendars, travel arrangements, reimbursements, and Outlook contactsDraft, revise, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reportsMaintain electronic and physical files using iManage and Records Management systemsEnter, proofread, and submit attorney time in Intapp; assist with client billing mattersAnswer phones, direct calls, greet clients and visitors, and support in‑office workflowsProvide overflow coverage, mentor teammates, and collaborate across the LAA teamHandle in‑office support tasks, including printing, scanning, filing, mail handling, and binder preparationQualifications Minimum of 3 years of secretarial or legal administrative experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with iManage, Intapp, and Chrome River preferredExcellent communication, organization, and time‑management skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProfessionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentialityWillingness to work overtime as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
