To learn more about our practice areas, please visit www.airdowerwas.com.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative assistance to attorneys and paralegals.Manage attorney calendars and coordinate project timelines.Maintain legal files and document management systems.Electronically file documents with the court.Schedule depositions, meetings, and court hearings.Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts and pleadings.Conduct research and gather relevant information.Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence.Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.Answer phone calls and provide professional phone etiquette.QualificationsPrior experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role preferred.Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and document management systems.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.Strong administrative skills, including filing, record keeping, and data entry.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
