Legal Assistant/Secretary

• Well established Santa Ana law firm seeks a Legal Assistant/Secretary with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Requires trial preparation experience as well as e-Filing in State & Federal courts.
• Ideal candidate will possess a positive can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task.
• Software experience with Word, Essential Forms, Worlddox, CourtCall, and AR/Collections experience.
• Will provide key administrative support to the Sr. Partner and an Associate.
• The position is onsite full time M-F 8:30 AM. to 5:00 PM.
