Office of General Counsel - Legal Assistant - LitigationAdams & Martin Group is offering a base pay range of $95,000.00/yr to $100,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.Base pay range$95,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesPerform e‑filings via TrueFiling for Superior Courts, Federal Courts and Appellate Courts, including California Public Utilities Commission (“CPUC”) and other municipalities.Adhere to special e‑filing requirements, styles formatting, preparation of TOC/TOA, create bookmarking, and pdf searchable.Preparation of pleadings, i.e., Corporate Disclosure Statement, Statement of Related Cases, Certificate of Compliance, Certificate of Service and PDF formatting as required.Documents retrieval via PACER.
