SALARY: $72,000–$85,000/year DOE
SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday | Hybrid | Direct Hire

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Draft legal documents using established templates while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with firm and court requirements.

  • Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and written correspondence, providing updates and maintaining positive client relationships.

  • Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and attorney calendars while managing logistics for multiple stakeholders.

  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files, ensuring accurate document management and efficient case tracking.

  • Assist with trial and hearing preparation by organizing exhibits, coordinating materials, and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of Legal Assistant experience, including at least 1 year supporting litigation, with knowledge of legal procedures, court filings, and case management.

  • Experience with e-filing, complex calendaring, and maintaining organized electronic document management systems.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines while supporting multiple attorneys and collaborating across departments.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and legal database or document management systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach and exceptional attention to detail.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer and reviewing legal documents.

  • Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other standard office equipment.

  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry files, boxes, or office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
