ETC is hiring interns for the summer of 2027! This is an on-site position in our Middleton, WI office

Some of the duties you may be doing:
- Review and scan old contracts and support materials into software contract management system
- Perform administrative and support functions as directly related to contract management
- Conduct legal research
- Compile, analyze, and communicate findings of above research
- Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts
- Learns department and corporate policies, procedures, and plans
- Complete special projects and requests in a timely and positive fashion
- Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a Law degree in progress
- GPA: 3.0 or higher; Please attach your most recent unofficial transcript to your application materials
- Computer skills required (Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, Windows).
- Strong organizational, prioritization skills and attention to detail
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality
- The ability to research and analyze various different types of data or information.
- Able to project a friendly and professional demeanor
