Legal Assistant/Paralegal
Provides comprehensive service to BJC HealthCare, focused on the system's legal needs.
Perform secretarial duties and general office work to ensure sufficient operation of the department while coordinating with the priorities of the Associate General Counsel/Director, Risk Management and Risk Manager of Alternate Sites and Physician Practices and the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Produces and formats various types of documents, and reports including monthly expense reports.
- Produces and coordinates various types of confidential correspondence.
- Assists in preparing materials and binders for presentations and meetings.
- Supports the daily operations of assigned departments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Supervisor Experience: No Experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Education: Associate's Degree
