We are seeking a Licensed Electrician with an active Nebraska license to join a growing industrial team supporting projects throughout Nebraska and surrounding Midwest states.

Compensation: $55,000 – $85,000+ Depending On Experience

Nebraska-based | Midwest

What You’ll Be Doing:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems

Work with power distribution, controls, equipment wiring, and electrical components

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings

Diagnose issues and provide safe, efficient solutions

Support industrial facilities, equipment installations, upgrades, and startups

Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and customers

Lead the electrical division of the company 

What We’re Looking For:

Active Nebraska Electrical License (required)

Ability to work across multiple Midwest states

Industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or facility experience

Strong troubleshooting skills and electrical knowledge

Experience with:

• Power distribution

• Motor controls

• Conduit installation

• Control panels

• Equipment wiring

• Electrical systems

Experience That Stands Out:

Manufacturing facilities

Food & beverage plants

Cold storage facilities

Data centers

Automation & controls

Equipment installation/startup experience

Heat trace experience — installation, troubleshooting, estimating, bidding, or selling — is a major bonus
