The Assembly Department Supervisor is responsible for directly overseeing daily operations and personnel within the assembly cells that produce mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic tools, jigs, kits, dies, fixtures, gages, and related equipment for commercial, defense, and aerospace customers. Strong understanding of mechanical assembly processes and tooling systems, including the use of hand tools, fixtures, torque applications, drill presses, and hydraulic/mechanical presses required.
