This is a remote role and can be filled by the qualified individuals living anywhere in the US except for: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington DC, Washington, NC and Port St Lucie, FL

What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Licensed Agent, you will:

• Support customers by phone and email with healthcare insurance questions.
• Handle escalations with professionalism and accuracy.
• Assist with billing, enrollment, and policy details.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Connect with dedicated leads provided to you.

What You Need:

• Active Health Resident License valid through December 2025 (required)
• NPN #- National Producer Number
• Ability to pass a clear drug screening
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace

Your Home Setup Must Include:

• Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps
• Minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps
• Stable ISP with no packet loss and ping under 30ms

What We're Looking For:

• High School Graduate or GED
• 1-year Customer service experience minimum
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• Comfort with desktop computer system
• Proven oral & written communication skills
• Possess Resident Health Insurance License
