How you'll make an impact in this role:Direct Clinical Execution: Deliver high-quality patient care and perform medical procedures under the supervision of an RN or physician, ensuring all interventions align with established protocols.
Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Contribute to comprehensive patient evaluations and maintain vigilant observation for adverse reactions to medications or treatments to ensure timely clinical response.
Technical & Therapeutic Services: Conduct necessary laboratory tests and administer therapeutic interventions within the professional scope of practice to support the overall treatment plan.
Medication Management & Education: Safely administer medications while empowering patients and families through targeted education on self-care, treatment plans, and post-discharge resources.
