This includes bathing, shampooing, dressing, undressing, feeding or assisting with meal set up, assisting with ambulation, assisting with toileting or changing briefs if resident is unable to use a toilet, skin care and perineal care for skin integrity, assistance oral care, care of dentures, eyeglasses and hearing aids. Assist the resident with “activities of daily living”, including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of bed, using chairs, bath, lifts or other assistive devices and appliances per the care plan.
