No prior insurance or sales experience is required. We’re looking for people with the work ethic, humility, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients via phone or video who have requested information about insurance solutions (no cold calling)
• Recommend appropriate life insurance solutions and help clients through the application process
• Submit applications electronically and maintain accurate client records
• Participate in virtual training, team calls, and ongoing mentorship
• Learn and follow a proven sales process while continuing to develop your skills

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
• Humble, coachable, and willing to learn
• Strong follow-through and personal accountability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to manage your own schedule
• Willing to obtain a life insurance license with our guidance, if not already licensed

Compensation

This is an independent contractor, 1099 commission-only opportunity. There is no salary or hourly wage.

• Part-Time Potential: estimated $30,000–$60,000+ first year at approximately 15–20 hours per week
• Full-Time Potential: estimated $84,000–$160,000+ first year at approximately 35–45 hours per week
