Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage all day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
- Lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to achieve project goals
- Drive project schedules and coordinate critical path activities
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct site meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Coordinate inspections, quality control activities, and project closeout processes
- Monitor productivity, manpower planning, and material deliveries
- Identify and proactively resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
- Partner with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants throughout project execution
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and client satisfaction
- Promote a positive jobsite culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and safety

The Successful Applicant
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Lead Superintendent for a commercial general contractor
- Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control
- Ability to lead multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex project activities
- Experience reading and interpreting construction documents and specifications
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely and on schedule
- Proficiency with construction management software and technology platforms
- OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
