Role: Line Cook (Peridot)

Casual fine dining kitchen in need of determined, coachable and skilled individuals

Responsibilities:
• Prioritizes food quality ; attention to detail is paramount to success in this role

• Understands food portioning for restaurant menu and specifications
• Stressful environment; need to be able to coordinate tickets
• Treat the work space and food with respect
• Maintains composure, remains calm and patient despite dynamic, fast-paced environment
• prep and cook food to the standard set in the kitchen
• Supports other team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer

experience
• complete assigned cleaning tasks.
• maintain an orderly station before and after service.
• Complete the prep list set for your station everyday
• Brings a positive attitude every shift and treats everyone (clients and teammates alike) with

respect

• Asking for help or a quality check whenever necessary
