Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
• Strong attention to detail and passion for quality food

Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday shifts
• 8-hour shifts starting in the evenings with weekend day availability
• Holiday shifts included
