We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and food preparation, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to our kitchen.

Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages

Skills

  • Experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Excellent knife skills for food preparation
  • Strong understanding of various cooking methods and techniques
  • Previous experience in catering or food industry is a plus


Restaurant Experience is preferred. Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work.
