Position Summary:

Monroe Golf Club is a private member own golf and country club with over 100 years of history. We offer a tremendous opportunity to be part of a dedicated team with a family-like environment of mutual respect. We are seeking qualified individuals to fill an open Line Cook Position.

Job Duties:

1. Demonstrates a thorough working knowledge and execution of basic cookery including roasting, braising, sautéing, poaching, and grilling.
2. Sets up and maintains a clean and organized station before, during and after service.
3. Prepare various meat, fish, vegetables and garnishes to proper menu specification when ordered.
4. Responsible for all station requisition and rotation of products to include properly labeling and dating of items daily.
5. Actively involved in the creative process through menu input and daily specials.
