Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Mediterranean dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
• Assist in inventory management and food ordering.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Participate in menu planning and development.
• Assist with training new kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Food Handler's Certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for food and culinary creativity.
