The Line Cook is responsible for preparing menu items and coordinating food orders while maintaining proper food storage and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring guest safety through proper sanitation and storage
- Preparing dishes according to recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintaining high food quality to exceed guest expectations
- Supporting timely food delivery and adapting to menu changes
- Collaborating positively with team members and accommodating special requests
- Proposing culinary improvements to management
Qualifications include a minimum of 1-year experience (preferred), ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and flexibility with schedules. The role requires physical stamina, including standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working varied shifts.
