About the Role
The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) staffs premium hotel kitchens, catering operations, and event venue kitchens across Northeast Florida. We need professional Line Cooks who can run a station at pace and hold the line during banquet rushes.
What You Do on a Shift
- Run your assigned station - saute, grill, fry, garde manger, pantry
- Execute prep and mise en place before service
- Plate to spec during banquet pushes
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Coordinate with sous chef, prep team, and expediter
What We Need From You
- At least 1 year of line cook experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Comfortable working in high-volume kitchen environments
- Reliable transportation to venues
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- E-Verify, I-9, background check eligible
