Jaja is a celebration of Western Mediterranean ("Med-West") cuisine, brought to life through the leadership of Executive Chef Logan Abbe. A Cleveland native and Cleveland Magazine’s2022 Best Local Chef, Abbe draws on his experience at The Last Page, Sawyer’s, and The Greenhouse Tavern to reintroduce jaja with a menu rooted in inventive, shareable dishes. Set within its jewel-box rooftop dining room, jaja offers an energetic, transportive, and welcoming experience paired with a reimagined beverage program — marking an exciting new chapter for one of Cleveland’s most distinctive restaurants.
The Line Cook prepares, cooks, and plates menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards. They maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensure food quality and safety, and work efficiently with the kitchen team during service. All while embodying our core values.

Work is performed in a restaurant/event environment. This role requires primarily standing and walking during entire shift. Work environment is fast-paced and team member must be able to manage multiple priorities throughout a shift.
