Every day brings variety, teamwork, and opportunities to sharpen your culinary skills, including:* Setting up equipment and ingredients prior to service* Reading and preparing menu items quickly and accurately according to provided recipes* Preparing food for team member meals* Performing inventory checks on perishable items and notifying leadership of products nearing expiration* Assisting with banquet preparation and production to meet client expectations* Ensuring coolers and prep areas are cleaned, organized, and properly secured at the end of each shift* Storing food correctly, following proper labeling and rotation procedures* Maintaining food quality and sanitation standards before, during, and after service* Supporting the team with additional tasks as assignedWhat Will You Bring to the Role?We are looking for team-oriented individuals who bring a positive attitude and a desire to grow.
