Who We Need
We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who has at least one year of kitchen experience and is eager to learn from some of the best in the business. If you’re dependable, adaptable, and excited about being part of a serious culinary program, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
• Work closely with our kitchen team to execute menu items with precision and consistency
• Prep, cook, and plate dishes during service under the guidance of Chef Bonnie and her leadership team
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic during busy services
• Collaborate with peers and communicate effectively to ensure smooth shifts

What We’re Looking For
• At least one year of prior experience working in a professional kitchen
• Availability to work nights and weekends (this is a full-time position)
• Flexibility, focus, and a genuine desire to improve and grow in your craft
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
