Position Summary

The Line Cooks prepare high-quality dishes to Karbach standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. This role supports daily kitchen operations and ensures every plate leaving the line represents our commitment to quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and portion standards.

• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in all prep and service areas.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen teammates to ensure smooth service.

• Follow proper food storage and labeling procedures.

• Assist with kitchen setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred.

• Current Texas Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one).

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Sunday availability required.
