Our family owned business is seeking an experienced line cook for a part time position. Shifts include Tuesday , Wednesday and Friday dinner shifts starting at 4:00 pm until 9:30pm or 10:00 pm, and Saturday lunch from 9:30 am until 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for cooking including washing, peeling and chopping.
Assist in preparation of meals following set recipes.
Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, and flat tops
Ensure food is cooked to correct temperatures and meets safety standards.
Keep a clean and organized work environment.
