What You'll Do:
Prep ingredients and execute dishes to specification during service
Work assigned stations whether that's grill, saut , or fry with opportunities to cross-train across multiple stations
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station at all times
Follow all food safety standards and best practices
Collaborate with your kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
