Key Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting, inspections, routine and non-routine maintenance on customer aircraft in compliance with technical data, maintenance program requirements, FAA regulations, and customer standards.
Interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine repair methods for malfunctioning or damaged components.
Complete all documentation and computer-based reporting accurately and on time.
Coordinate with customer maintenance control to safely and efficiently return aircraft to service.
Obtain RII qualifications as required.
Monitor and promote a strong safety culture; operate all ground support equipment responsibly.
Maintain control of assigned tools, equipment, materials, and manage time and resources efficiently.
Assist leadership with daily workflow planning, task assignments, training, and team prioritization.
Provide guidance to technicians and help resolve routine technical issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Valid Driver’s License
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of transport-category aircraft maintenance experience; at least 2 years in line maintenance with an airline or MRO
Minimum 2 years Boeing aircraft maintenance experience
Strong problem-solving abilities; able to work effectively under pressure with limited supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and documentation
Proven leadership and teamwork abilities; sound judgment and decision-making skills
Proficiency with tools, gauges, and related equipment
Knowledge of ramp operations, hazardous material handling, and disposal
Proficiency in Wings and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in aviation or related technical field
Boeing 767 General Familiarization certification
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to work in confined spaces and perform tasks in tight positions for extended periods
Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, twist, and work at heights up to 60 feet
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to perform repetitive motions and perform overhead tasks for extended periods
Ability to safely use hand tools in various environments
Ability to work with respiratory equipment as required
