We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team at our newest facility in Florence, Kentucky -- part of the Cincinnati MetroplexThe ideal candidate is a self-motivated, team player with great people and collaboration skills, who promotes a team atmosphere, applies root cause analysis principles, and supports process improvements in our fast paced always growing culture. Willing to work flexible hours in various environments (non-climate controlled, cold, noisy, low lighting) and regularly lift, bend, stretch, crawl, utilize manual dexterity, navigate ladders/catwalks, stand and/or walk for long periods of time without limitation .
