Position Overview
They are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate with a strong background in civil litigation and preferred experience in bankruptcy. This role offers the opportunity to handle high-stakes litigation matters while providing strategic solutions to complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Civil Litigation: Manage all stages of litigation in state and federal courts.
Bankruptcy: Relief from stay motions. (preferred)
Lender Litigation & Judicial Foreclosures: Represent clients with dedication and expertise.
Alternative Dispute Resolution: Guide clients through arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.
Client Communication: Provide clear, solutions-focused guidance to clients throughout their matters.
Qualifications
5-7 years of Civil Litigation experience with a proven track record of success.
Bankruptcy experience preferred.
Expertise in representing clients across various litigation matters, including business, commercial, and property disputes.
Licensed to practice law in California.
Courtroom experience with demonstrated advocacy and negotiation skills.
