Founded almost a century ago, with ten U.S. offices and a few international offices, we are a 100+ attorney national litigation and coverage firm. We serve as counsel to insurance companies, corporations, and financial clients across the country and internationally, handling complex civil litigation from inception through trial. Our platform gives attorneys direct access to sophisticated insurer relationships and a national book of business rarely available outside larger markets. The work covers first-party property, professional liability, and general casualty defense. Attorneys from related defense and civil litigation backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Details

Work remote

• Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
