We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and document support to attorneys and paralegals within our Litigation practice group. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Preparation & ManagementDraft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and spreadsheets.Maintain accurate filing systems, organize case files, and ensure timely document delivery.Prepare final documents for distribution via mail, courier, or electronic platforms.Administrative SupportManage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Screen and route phone calls, acting as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external contacts.Open new matters, perform conflict checks, and maintain client files.Process expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative forms.Case & Time ManagementEnter attorney time into the firm's timekeeping system.Track deadlines, monitor case progress, and assist with trial preparation.Coordinate resources for meetings, including conference rooms and vendor services.Client & Team InteractionProvide courteousAutomated communication with clients, colleagues, and external parties.Assist with internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring all materials and logistics are prepared.Additional DutiesResearch factual information online as directed.Support other team members as needed, promoting collaboration and efficiency.Handle special projects and tasks assigned by attorneys or supervisors.Required SkillsStrong typing ability (minimum 70 wpm) with high accuracy.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with iManage or similar document management systems preferred.Excellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.Professional demeanor with strong organizational and communication skills.QualificationsPrior experience in a law firm or legal environment, ideally supporting litigation.Interest in developing a long-term career in the legal field.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionLegalIndustriesLegal Services and Law PracticeLocation: Atlanta, GAPay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per yearEqual Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled.
