What You'll Do

As a Litigation Legal Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

  • Preparing, proofreading, formatting, and filing legal documents with courts and agencies

  • Managing attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, and trial schedules

  • Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, and other case-related documents

  • Organizing discovery materials, exhibits, and case files

  • Maintaining document management and records systems

  • Coordinating communications with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel

  • Assisting with trial preparation, hearing logistics, and case administration

  • Supporting attorneys and legal teams throughout all phases of litigation

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or similar legal support professional

  • Working knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements

  • Strong legal document formatting, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management/document management systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
