What You'll Do
As a Litigation Legal Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
Preparing, proofreading, formatting, and filing legal documents with courts and agencies
Managing attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, and trial schedules
Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, and other case-related documents
Organizing discovery materials, exhibits, and case files
Maintaining document management and records systems
Coordinating communications with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel
Assisting with trial preparation, hearing logistics, and case administration
Supporting attorneys and legal teams throughout all phases of litigation
What We're Looking For
Prior experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or similar legal support professional
Working knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements
Strong legal document formatting, editing, and proofreading skills
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management/document management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
