Job Details

• Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling plaintiff-side civil litigation matters.
• Prepare, format, proofread, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Handle electronic filing and service of documents in California state and federal courts.
• Maintain attorney calendars, including court appearances, hearings, depositions, mediations, and critical litigation deadlines.
• Assist with discovery preparation, document production, and coordination of discovery responses.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and meetings with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
