Legal Secretary
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Compensation: $88,000 - $100,000 annually

A highly regarded international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support a team of attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and attorneys while providing high-level administrative and litigation support.
Responsibilities
Provide litigation support to multiple attorneys in a deadline-driven environment
Prepare, revise, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
Handle federal and state court e-filings
Maintain litigation calendars, including court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial dates
Assist with discovery, document production, exhibit preparation, and trial support
Coordinate attorney travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
Prepare and process client billing and time entry
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal team members
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of litigation legal secretary experience
Experience supporting multiple attorneys, including partners
Hands-on experience with federal and state court e-filing
Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and deadlines
Familiarity with PACER, CM/ECF, and legal docketing systems
Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including Tables of Contents, Tables of Authorities, cross-referencing, styles, and Track Changes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems
Excellent spelling, grammar, proofreading, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
