HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked FL based Law Firm to find a Products Liability Paralegal to support the firms growing team in Tampa!
The Products Liability Paralegal will be responsible for providing high-level substantive support for defense products liability matters, including managing federal and state court scheduling, leveraging eDiscovery software like Relativity, and assisting with trial preparation while maintaining precise billable hour records.
We Offer:
- Pay: up to $85K Base Salary plus OT & Bonus! (all in estimate 90k+)
- Schedule: M-F (8:30am - 5pm)

Products Liability Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Provide substantive support for defense products liability litigation, maintaining specialized knowledge of attorney practice areas and client requirements to ensure high-level service
- Assist with all phases of trial preparation and proceedings, leveraging previous experience to manage exhibits, witness logistics, and courtroom needs
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for depositions, hearings, and court dates in accordance with Federal and State court rules
- Utilize specialized legal software, such as Xera and Relativity, to manage document reviews and maintain organized case databases
- Meticulously track and record billable hours and tasks performed, ensuring accurate and timely submission in line with firm protocols
Products Liability Paralegal Qualifications:
- 2+ years of substantive paralegal experience specifically focused on defense products liability and trial participation
- Comprehensive understanding of Federal and State court rules, combined with proficiency in legal software (Relativity, Xera) and the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical thinking and communication abilities, with a proven track record of maintaining a professional demeanor and a high degree of attention to detail in a client-oriented environment
