About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Loan Officer in Georgia to help clients navigate the home loan process with confidence. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding borrower needs, and guiding them through loan options in partnership with processing and underwriting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines
• Educate borrowers on available loan products, rates, and terms
• Collect and review loan applications and required documentation
• Maintain consistent communication with borrowers throughout the loan process
• Collaborate closely with processors, underwriters, and other internal teams to ensure timely closings
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as real estate agents and business partners
• Stay up to date on market trends, lending regulations, and company products

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in the state of Georgia (required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of mortgage origination experience preferred
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and lending guidelines
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism
