Job Title: Logistics Analyst 2
Location: Milpitas, CA
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Experience Level: 3 5 Years
Pay rate: $30-$35/hr on W2

Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating international import/export activities, customs documentation, trade compliance, and freight operations. Ensures accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, shipment tracking, and timely customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers for import/export shipments.
• Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs entries.
• Validate HTS codes, Schedule B, ECCN, country of origin, and customs valuation.
• Audit duties, taxes, tariffs, MPF/HMF, and customs entry summaries.
• Prepare export documentation and submit EEI filings through AES/ACE.
• Obtain and maintain ITNs for applicable export shipments.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready import/export records in accordance with applicable retention requirements.
• Track international shipments, audit freight invoices, and resolve transportation or customs issues.
• Support compliance with applicable U.S. customs and export-control requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in international logistics, import/export, materials, or trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs processes.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
