  • Prepare and distribute weekly logistics reports and visual summaries for project leadership
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts, plans, specs, and requirements (including MEP-dense infrastructure)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel: functions, pivot tables, dashboards), Primavera, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam Revu, and related PM/accounting/estimating tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including handling confidential information
  • Detail-oriented with clear ownership of assigned scope
PREFFERED SKILLS:
  • Background in construction logistics, MEP equipment, and/or warehouse operations
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-project programs
