We are looking for a Logistics Support Coordinator to join our team in St. Paul, MN. This individual will focus on data integrity and data tracking, financial audit and reconciliation, invoice coding, and vendor charge approvals to support the Company’s transportation and supply chain networks.  As a liaison between Logistics and Accounts Payable, this role manages repeatable administrative workflow to ensure billing accuracy across freight carriers, 3PL warehouses, pallet providers, and customers brokers.

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audit and process warehouse invoices for both Finished Goods and Raw Materials for assigned locations.
• Audit and process recurring invoices for Peco and CHEP pallet systems.
• Audit and process transportation invoices not handled via the automated TMS system, including inbound, outbound, transfer orders, sales orders, bulk shipments, and plant recycling removal.
• Audit and process all accessorial or “other” charges for EDI carriers within the TMS.
• Audit and process all freight charges related to co-packer operations, as well as cross-border FedEx charges (US-to-Canada and Canada-to-US).
• Manually code all invoices and approve line items up to $5,000; seamlessly delegate approvals above $5,000 to the Director level.
• Act as the 1st level approver of logistics charges (transportation, warehouse, pallet, and customs) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and create blanket POs for DH warehouses.
• Build and maintain detailed data trackers for all non-TMS transportation, warehouse locations, pallet vendors, and customs brokers.
• Review data, report issues, and monitor carrier loads within the E2open TMS. Approve third-party user access requests for Appointment Scheduling.
• Review carrier statements and partner cross-functionally with the corporate Accounts Payable team to confirm payment statuses and resolve billing discrepancies.
   

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of dedicated experience in logistics administration, billing auditing, or specialized Accounts Payable (AP)
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field is ideal but not required.  Equivalent post-secondary diploma/professional experience is accepted.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including a proven ability to utilize XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation formulas.
• Deep understanding of logistics processes, freight accessorial fee structures (fuel, detention, liftgate), and 3PL warehousing workflows.
• Proficiency with ERP and TMS systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and E2open is highly preferred.
• Proven experience identifying, disputing, and successfully resolving invoice variances directly with vendors.
• Exceptionally strong focus on data integrity, with a history of managing repeatable documentation workflows under tight timelines.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally to clear payment blocks with vendors and internal AP teams.
